Refund policy

ELIGIBILITY

Return window: 30 days from delivery (14 days minimum where required by local law).

Condition: Unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Non-returnable items: Opened or used filters, custom/special orders, clearance items marked “final sale,” gift cards.

Proof of purchase required: Order number and receipt.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We will repair, replace, or refund (including standard return shipping) at our discretion, per local consumer laws. Do not install a damaged or incorrect filter.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Pipercross manufacturer warranty terms apply where available. Provide order details, photos, and installation information.

Warranty covers defects in materials/workmanship, not wear, improper installation, racing use, or lack of maintenance.

RETURNS PROCESS

Fill out a return form HERE before sending anything back to us.

Pack securely in original packaging. Include RMA and order number inside the parcel.

REFUNDS

Method: To the original payment method only.

Timing: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item; bank timelines may vary.

Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item is defective. We may deduct a reasonable restocking fee for missing/damaged packaging. Currency fluctuations may affect the final amount for international refunds.

EXCHANGES

Fastest method: Place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Direct exchanges available for the same item/size where stock permits.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind or incorrect ordering. We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (prepaid label where available).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. For defective/incorrect items, contact us for options. You are responsible for compliance with local import regulations and correct part selection for your vehicle model/engine.

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION

Verify compatibility before opening packaging. Contact us with your vehicle details if unsure. We are not responsible for costs related to installation/removal or downtime.

LOCAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy applies except where local mandatory consumer laws provide additional rights, which will prevail.
