Warranty claims

ELIGIBILITY

Warranty is only eligible if you are the first owner of the product. Proof of purchase is required (order number and receipt).

Warranty covers: defects in materials/workmanship.

For example, warranty does NOT cover: Wear, improper installation, racing use, lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Report immediately with photos and a brief description. We will repair, replace, or refund (including standard return shipping) at our discretion, per local consumer laws. Do not install a damaged or incorrect filter.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Pipercross manufacturer warranty terms apply where available. Provide order details, photos, and installation information.

WARRANTY PROCESS

Fill out a warranty form HERE before sending anything back to us.

Pack securely in original packaging. Include RMA and order number inside the parcel.

RETURN SHIPPING

We cover return shipping for warranty claims (prepaid label where available).

FITMENT AND INSTALLATION

We are not responsible for costs related to removal or downtime.

LOCAL CONSUMER RIGHTS

This policy applies except where local mandatory consumer laws provide additional rights, which will prevail.
